Welcome to the Gotta Dance family. We have an exciting year planned with many events everyone can get involved in.

So many ways to help November 2nd !
· Participate in the Basket Auction – Bidding starts at 11:00 am – 5:00 pm. Winners will be announced after the 5pm variety show. You do not need to be present to win.
· Attend one of our 3 Variety Shows 1:00; 3:00; & 5:00 at the Cabaret at Studio B. Tickets are $5 each and may be purchased online or at the front desk. Click this link for Tickets, or copy link and add to browser. https://www.cabaretatstudiob.com/events1.html
· Volunteer to be a helper at the event.
· Greeter - 3 people needed for every show
· Information – 2 at every show, giving information on where events are in the building.
· Safety monitors – 3 at every show stationed at all our ramp areas to ensure safety.
· Ticket Taker – 1 person at each show
· Donate a Basket by Tuesday, October 29th by 8:00 pm. Baskets should be dropped off to the boutique / Miss Amy’s Office at the studio.
Make a Financial Donation - Checks should be made out to Mr. & Mrs. Luke Merklinger.
There are many great things about our community and one of the proudest moments is when we unite to help others. Thank you for your love and support.

· Studio Fundraiser for student accounts will start after the November 2nd Benefit for Baby Grant. We are looking into candy bars. Information will be available shortly.
NOW THROUGH THE END OF DECEMBER
Ø Snow Days –We are closed if the Albion School is closed due to weather.
Ø *Recital Costumes – most will be decided today for most classes and money is due before or on November 21st.
Ø We will be closed for Halloween, Thursday, October 31st .
Children may dress up in Halloween costumes October 28th - 30th. We will pass out candy. Please let us know now if your child has a food allergy. Thank you. Text 585-354-2320.
Ø Thanksgiving Break Wednesday, November 27th & Thursday, November 28th.
Ø Excerpts of the Nutcracker December 21st with 3 shows to choose from, 1:00; 3:00; & 5:00.
This show is ideal for all ages as it last
approximately 40 minutes capturing
the highlights of the ‘Nutcracker.’ Share
