   We are currently in week 25; The end of the season is upon us. You will notice your tuition debit, will be less than normal. Our dance season is 29 weeks instead of 30. The total year’s tuition was calculated on 30 weeks divided by 9 payments. You will receive the difference of the one week credit. If you paid the year in full you will have a credit to use on recital tickets.

• Attendance sheets will be passed around the room for you to spell check. Make any corrections needed.

• Please write down song tiles from the attendance sheets. From this point on classes will be identified by class song.

• Picture Days: Tuesday, March 18th & Wednesday, March 19th -Schedule is posted and online.

Typically Monday, Wednesday dancers have pictures on Tuesday the 18th.

And Tuesday, Thursday dancers have pictures on Wednesday the 19th.

Students still have dance as usual picture week. Some Classes have a slight change

• Miss Rachael’s Tuesday classes will not be held Tuesday, March 18th. Her Tuesday Classes will meet Monday, the 17th instead at their normal time. Her Monday 6:30 Hip Hop moves to 7:00 just that day. All other Tuesday classes run as usual.

• Miss Kristin’s Wednesday classes have a slight change. *Wednesday’s Jazz & Modern will meet Monday 8:00 – 9:30 Wednesday, 7:15 Ballet is as usual. All other classes run as usual.

  • Miss Evee’s Tuesday 7:00 ballet and 7:30 Hip Hop still meet same day, same time just in studio A.

  • Some Thursday Classes have photos on Tuesday the 18th:

  • Some WEDNESDAY classes will meet for photos on Wednesday, March 19th.

    6:35 Duet of Miss Lauren and Miss Beth, Violet

    9:15 Private Aubrielle and Miss Carly, Pitbull Mix

• As in the past two years we only have minutes to pose each class.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your photo time with children in their costume and ready to go.

  • We will need parents to stay in the waiting room while pictures are being taken.

You will receive the picture forms today. Please have them filled in prior to arriving. Bruce accepts cash, checks, & credit cards.

If you are not able to attend picture day, please let your child’s teacher know now.

You may schedule a makeup picture time with Bruce directly by calling 589-9109. For a fee you can he can photoshop them into the group photo. We need to know if that is your intent prior to our picture days.

All costumes I have ordered will be in crossed fingers. Jordan your Wed. 6:00 tap has a ship date of March 14th. This may be the only group that has to makeup their picture.

• 6:00 Older dancers

Tickets go on sale with recital t’s parent week.

• Online orders have a processing fee.

Blooms Flower Shop will be in the lobby the day of recital, April 5th, stocked with flowers and gifts for purchase.
